Reservation & Cancellation Policy
At Cafe Terry’s Ltd., we aim to provide you with the best dining experience possible. To ensure we can accommodate all our guests and maintain high-quality service, we have established the following reservation and cancellation policy.
1. Making a Reservation

Standard Reservations: We welcome bookings of all sizes. You can make a reservation online or by contacting us directly.

Bookings for 7 or More Guests: A holding deposit of £10 per person is required for reservations of 7 or more people. This deposit ensures that we can hold your table and plan for your group accordingly.
2. Holding Deposit

The £10 per person holding deposit will be charged at the time of booking for groups of 7 or more.

The deposit is deducted from your final bill at the end of your meal.

In the event that you do not show up for your reservation without prior notice, the deposit is non-refundable.
3. Cancellations and Modifications

Cancellations: If you need to cancel or change your reservation, please inform us at least 48 hours before your scheduled booking time.

Refund of Deposit: If you cancel before 48 hours of your reservation, your deposit will be fully refunded.

Late Cancellations & No Shows: If you cancel less than 48 hours before your reservation or fail to show, the deposit is non-refundable.

Rescheduling: We are happy to reschedule your booking (subject to availability) if you notify us in advance. If you reschedule before 48 hours of your original booking, the deposit will remain valid for your new reservation date.
4. No Show Policy
If you fail to show up for your reservation without notifying us, your deposit will be forfeited. This helps us manage our bookings and ensure other guests have the opportunity to dine with us.
5. Special Requests

We are happy to accommodate any special requests, dietary restrictions, or needs you may have. Please inform us of these at the time of booking to ensure we can make the necessary arrangements.
