Welcome to Cafe Terrys! A cosy yet spacious brunch restaurant recently opened by us, husband and wife duo Ryan & Shalaina Terry.  

We opened Cafe Terry’s after many years working in the hospitality industry and wanting to build something of our own. Somewhere we could take Ryan’s creativity in his dishes, Shalaina’s expert barista skills and also our love of creating a space that people can come to enjoy our food, drinks and vibes together. 

Our journey together so far was been full of twists, turns and countless adventures. Most recently being around 4 years ago when we decided to convert an old van into a home on wheels and travel an entire lap around the UK coastline. And with that journey being interrupted as we found our love for Scotland after finding a little place called Applecross, where we had the opportunity to work at the award winning Applecross Inn for Judith Fish MBE and where the spark was ignited for us to eventually have our own little cafe. 

After a busy year in 2024 of getting married, working hard, saving money and learning as much as we could. It was the year that set the stage for us to begin 2025 with our own name above our own door.
